Enterprise Change & Transformation Leadership
Change & Transformation Expertise
Integrating leadership and enterprise conditions to deliver change that is adopted, sustained, and delivers value at enterprise scale.
Profile
Felicity Law is an enterprise change leader specialising in the change dimension of complex transformation environments. She works with organisations undertaking major transformation initiatives, particularly technology-enabled transformations, operating model change and enterprise platform implementations. Her work focuses on ensuring transformation initiatives translate into sustained organisational change by strengthening enterprise change capability and the organisational conditions required for change to succeed. Felicity leads change across major initiatives while working closely with executives, transformation leaders and program sponsors to align leadership, coordinate change activity across initiatives and ensure organisations are prepared to successfully adopt and sustain change. Her experience spans complex organisational environments including engineering, consulting, social services and technology-enabled transformation programs. Alongside leading change across initiatives, she has also led enterprise change capability diagnostics and uplift programs to strengthen how organisations deliver change across projects and programs. Felicity has also operated in executive leadership roles, providing first-hand insight into how executive teams lead organisations through change and transformation. This experience informs her ability to partner effectively with senior leaders to strengthen organisational readiness, leadership alignment and the conditions required for transformation to succeed.
Enterprise change rarely occurs as a single initiative. It is a sustained period of transformation that places pressure on leaders, delivery teams, and an organisation’s capacity to absorb change. As change demand accumulates, the risk is not lack of effort, but loss of control, fragmented execution, and erosion of confidence across the system.

Effective enterprise transformation requires more than intent or isolated delivery activity. It requires leadership alignment, clarity of decision-making, and deliberate integration across delivery, governance, and adoption - executed within live operating environments.

Felicity’s expertise is structured across three interdependent domains:

-
Enterprise Change & Transformation Leadership | Leading change delivery under pressure
-
People and Enterprise Conditions for Change | Establishing the enterprise and people conditions required for consistent, scalable execution
-
Adoption, Capability & Sustained Outcomes | Ensuring outcomes are embedded and value is realised beyond go-live.
Enterprise Change & Transformation Leadership
Strategy translation, multi-stream delivery, enterprise execution
Felicity leads the change dimension of complex, enterprise-scale transformations, operating inside pressured delivery environments where priorities compete and conditions are often unstable. She works alongside senior leaders, programs, and delivery teams to restore execution coherence, decision clarity, and confidence when transformation risk is elevated.
Her focus is on maintaining control across the change lifecycle - aligning leaders, integrating change across concurrent initiatives, and actively managing delivery, operational, and human risk while change demand remains high. This ensures transformation activity can progress without destabilising operations or degrading performance as change unfolds.
People and Enterprise Conditions for Change
Governance, operating models, leadership alignment, readiness
Sustained transformation depends on the conditions in which change is delivered. Felicity designs and embeds the enterprise and people conditions required for change to be executed with discipline, absorbed at scale, and sustained over time.

This includes establishing enterprise change governance, clarifying decision rights and leadership accountability, and embedding scalable change capability as an organisational asset. By strengthening both enterprise and people conditions, Felicity enables more consistent and predictable change experiences — reducing volatility, improving confidence, and supporting sustained transformation across portfolios rather than one-off initiatives.
Effective enterprise change depends on the conditions in which it is delivered.

Felicity focuses on establishing both the enterprise and people conditions required to execute change with control, absorb change at scale, and sustain new ways of working as delivery intensity fluctuates.

Adoption, Capability & Sustained Outcomes
Leader-led adoption, embedment, post-go-live stabilisation
Felicity’s work extends beyond go-live into the stabilisation and optimisation phase, where new ways of working are tested under real operating conditions. She focuses on ensuring adoption holds across the relevant business or operational cycle, not just at the point of implementation.

By supporting leaders as delivery intensity reduces, Felicity enables organisations to realise the intended value of their transformation investment - embedding new ways of working that can be operated, optimised, and built on over time. This ensures benefits are realised in practice, not just planned in theory.
